With over 20 years banking experience Charlotte has a vast catalogue of skills. Working for HSBC in the UK and Westpac in Australia. Her roles, to name a few, were Branch Manager, Mortgage Manager, UK Operations Project Manager and Audit and Compliance Manager. During her time in Management she has embraced the opportunities to recruit, train and successfully mentor hundreds of banking staff.
Charlotte is results driven. With a passion for both staff and business development which consequently leads to increased customer satisfaction.
Charlotte has attended numerous events with the CEOs and Executive teams of HSBC and Westpac over the years and can communicate effectively on all levels from trainee up to Directorial and CEO level.
Taking a career break following the births of her children but never one to sit idle Charlotte qualified as a Teachers Assistant to allow her the work life balance that she strived for and has enjoyed many years in the school environment.
Charlotte loves to chat about arts and crafts, D.I.Y, renovating and enjoys listening to music, especially the oldies and country music, much to the annoyance of those around her.
